Behind every visit is a crew who know your pet by name and remember their history. These are the veterinarians, technicians, patient care assistants, and front-office team you will get to know over the years.

From wellness and dentistry to surgery, our doctors bring deep experience and a genuine love for this work. One of our veterinarians even performs orthopedic procedures here at the clinic, care many practices have to refer out.

Dr. Souder

Owner · Doctor of Veterinary Medicine

Dr. Souder proudly owns Plymouth Veterinary Clinic with her husband, Adam. She earned her bachelor's degree from Purdue University in 2004 and her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree in 2011.

Though not originally from Marshall County, she considers it home and enjoys serving the community. Outside of work, she loves caring for her Mini Hereford cattle, reading, cooking, and spending time with Adam, their son Merritt, three dogs, and two barn cats.

Dr. Ennis

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine

Dr. Ennis received both her bachelor's degree in 2013 and her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine in 2017 from Purdue University.

Dr. Ennis's favorite thing about PVC is getting to help and treat our clients and their pets. She also loves working with a staff who are so dedicated to the care of our patients. Dr. Ennis enjoys working with her horses and riding them with her husband. Something you may be surprised to know about Dr. Ennis is that she loves to sing!

Dr. Bertman

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine

Dr. Bertman's care for animals started in college and continued as she was a part of private practices in Chicago, Idaho, and Chief of Staff for a corporate practice in Los Angeles. She graduated with her doctorate from the University of Wisconsin Madison School of Veterinary Medicine in 2006. Dr. Bertman has a love for cats, dogs, internal medicine and soft tissue surgery. She lives with her husband, three daughters, their sweet Galgo, and two tripod cats.

Dr. Vander Wey

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine

Dr. Vander Wey is one of our DVM's here at PVC. She went to Purdue University for both her undergraduate and veterinary school. Her professional interests include being an attending veterinarian for USDA licensed kennels, neonatology, and working with brachycephalics. Outside of work, she and her husband keep busy with their 4 children and spend a lot of time in the barn and at sporting events. In addition to their hobby farm, her family enjoys spending time with their 4 dogs and 2 cats.

Dr. Gelok

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine

Dr. Gelok, a 2018 graduate of Michigan State University. Originally from South Carolina, Dr. Gelok has been a part of the Michiana community since 2018. With a diverse background in emergency and mixed animal medicine, she has a deep passion for feline care and dental care for pets.

When not at work, Dr. Gelok enjoys spending quality time with her family, reading, mountain biking, and traveling.

Dr. Becca

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine

Dr. Becca is committed to delivering compassionate, high-quality veterinary care to every patient she sees. She enjoys providing care for dogs, cats, and exotic pets. Dr. Becca's clinical interests include behavioral medicine, dentistry, and surgery.

Outside of the office, Dr. Becca enjoys crafting. She is currently teaching herself how to make stained glass and bind books. Dr. Becca has a desire to travel to Italy and trek through the Italian Dolomites one day!

Dr. Rob Holl

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine

Dr. Rob Holl was raised on a farm in Marshall County Indiana. He played high school sports and was in 4-H for 10 years. He is a professed lifelong Boilermaker and loves watching Purdue athletics. He also enjoys fishing, traveling, aviation and anything new in veterinary medicine. He and his wife Sally (also a Purdue graduate from the School of Pharmacy) have 2 grown sons, Brent and Ryan, and a grandson, Lucas.

Dr. Heather Peters

Animal Chiropractor

Dr. Heather Peters is a Plymouth native who graduated from Ball State University for her undergraduate degree then went on to get her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Sherman College of Chiropractic in South Carolina. She then completed animal chiropractic school at ACES in Texas along with American Veterinary Chiropractic Association certification in Oklahoma in 2023. When she is not adjusting animals or humans she enjoys bow hunting and spending time with her family and pets.

Brooke

Practice Administrator

Brooke is our Practice Administrator, and she is brand new to the veterinary world as she spent over 20 years in long-term care as a Nursing Home Administrator. Brooke earned her bachelor's degree from Ohio Northern University in 2001 and her MBA from the University of Findlay in 2009.

She currently lives in Ohio with her husband and 3 children. She enjoys reading and spending time with her family near Lake Erie. One day she would like to drive from Washington to California down the coastline.

Briana

Practice Manager & Inventory Manager

Briana has been with Plymouth Veterinary Clinic since 2012. She is our Practice Manager and Inventory Manager. Briana attended Brown Mackey and obtained her associate's degree in Veterinary Technology in 2012.

Outside of work, Briana is passionate about the outdoors. She enjoys kayaking with friends and family, spending time at her family cabin in Michigan with her fiancé, Brian, and his two daughters, and hiking with her two dogs, Walter and Piper.

Jade

CSR Manager & Food Order Specialist

Jade is the CSR manager and food order management specialist here at PVC. Jade says the team at PVC is like her 2nd family. She LOVES to sing. You may have heard her singing along to the radio while waiting for your appointment! She enjoys exploring the outdoors and camping with her family. She would like to travel to a different country one day.

Jenna

PCA Manager · Registered Veterinary Technician

Jenna is our PCA Manager and one of our RVTs. Jenna earned her associate's degree in Veterinary Technology in 2023 from Ancilla/Marion University and is a Registered Vet Tech.

Jenna's favorite part about PVC is working with all the spicy kitties that visit the clinic. She enjoys learning new things and in her spare time she likes to relax with a crochet or knitting project, reading, or spending time with her animals! She would like to travel to Ireland with her mom one day!

Sarah

Registered Veterinary Technician

Sarah is one of our Registered Veterinary Technicians here at PVC. Sarah earned her associate's degree in Veterinary Nursing from Ancilla/Marian University in 2022, and she is a Registered Veterinary Technician.

Sarah loves all her patients but loves the spicy kitties the most! Not only does Sarah work hard at the clinic, but she also trains most of the year to compete in the NPC Wellness Division bodybuilding competition. One day, Sarah would like to travel to Norway or Japan!

Dillynn

Registered Veterinary Technician

Dillynn is one of our RVTs here at PVC. Dillynn earned her Veterinary Technician associate's degree from Brown Mackie University in 2016 and is a Registered Veterinary Technician.

What Dillynn loves most about working at PVC is the strong focus on teamwork, patient care, and community, and how those values are truly put into action. When she's not at the clinic, she's either spending time with her two children or helping out at her family's trucking company.

Ashley S.

Registered Veterinary Technician

Ashley S. is one of our RVTs and she loves the fast pace and family-like environment here at PVC. Ashley earned her Associate of Science in Criminal Justice (Ancilla College, 2010), Bachelor's in Business Management (Indiana Tech, 2015), Associate's in Veterinary Technology (Ancilla College, 2021) & is a Registered Veterinary Technician.

When not at the clinic, she enjoys reading, being outdoors, spending time with her husband, Jared and kids, Bryce, and Kimber, and all of her beloved animals.

Ashley K

Registered Veterinary Technician

Ashley K just passed her national Vet Tech exam, making her one of PVC's newest RVT's. Ashley attended Ancilla/Marian University to obtain her associate's degree in Veterinary Nursing in 2024 and is a Registered Veterinary Technician.

Ashley is also bilingual and speaks fluent Spanish, thanks to growing up in Mexico. When she is not at work, she enjoys reading and baking. Ashley would like to visit the world one day. Her dream travel destination is Italy.

Cindel

Veterinary Technician

Cindel has been working in the veterinary field for over a decade and loves being part of the skilled, compassionate team at PVC.

Cindel attended IUSB for her general studies associate's degree in 2011, and she earned her Veterinary Technician associate's degree from Brown Mackie University in 2013. Outside of work, she enjoys the outdoors, spending time with her family, and playing pickleball. Always up for an adventure, Cindel dreams of going skydiving and cliff diving someday!

Olivia

Registered Veterinary Technician

Olivia is one of our Registered Veterinary Technicians here at PVC. Olivia is a graduate of Purdue University and is passionate about delivering compassionate, high-quality care to every patient.

Outside of the office, Olivia enjoys spending time with her family and pets, crocheting, and reading fantasy books. Olivia's lifelong goal is to one day own a small farm where she can fill it with many animals!

Gabi

Veterinary Assistant

Gabi is a Vet Assistant here at Plymouth Veterinary Clinic. Gabrielle attended International Business College and earned her associate's degree in Veterinary Technology in 2018.

She loves getting to see all the puppies that come in as well as getting to work with the staff here at PVC. When not at the clinic you can find her spending time with her horse, Kid, or playing with her dog, Lucy. Gabi is an avid traveler and would one day like to visit Australia.

Alivia

Veterinary Assistant

Alivia is a Veterinary Assistant here at Plymouth Veterinary Clinic. Alivia attended International Business College Vet Tech Institute to earn her associate's degree in Veterinary Technology in 2014.

Alivia is passionate about caring for critical patients and supporting families during tough times. Outside the clinic, she enjoys life on the farm with her husband and two kids—hunting, horseback riding, and helping with the family farm.

Madison

Veterinary Assistant · Hospice Care Assistant

A Vet Assistant and Hospice Care Assistant here at PVC. Madison earned her associate's degree in Veterinary Technology in 2013.

Madison values quality time with her family and maintains an active lifestyle through her passion for running. Outside of work, she enjoys beekeeping and continues to expand her knowledge of sustainable practices. With a strong interest in travel, she hopes to explore Europe in the near future.

Our client service representatives, patient care assistants, and pharmacy tech are the friendly voices on the phone and the steady hands making sure your pet is comfortable and your prescriptions are ready.

Cassie

Client Service Representative

Cassie is one of our CSRs here at PVC and her favorite thing is talking with clients and of course seeing all the animals. When she's not at the clinic she spends her time raising beef cattle with her husband and 2 children. She also enjoys reading and crafting.

Jessie

Client Service Representative

Jessie is one of our CSRs. She enjoys working at PVC because it doesn't feel like going to work. She has recently gone back to school for Secondary Social Studies Education with a minor in theater. Jessie is an avid performer and has been with the Maxinkuckee Players and Singers since 2008. When not at work or rehearsal she likes to spend time at home with her husband, 2 dogs: Ivy and River and 3 cats: Stormy, Quinn, and Leia.

Hadyn

Client Service Representative

Hadyn is one of our CSRs, one of her favorite things about PVC is how everyone works as a team and is like a family. In her spare time, she likes to read and spend time with her dogs and horses. Hadyn loves animals and would like to open an animal rescue for all animals.

Michelle

Client Service Representative

Michelle is one of our CSRs at PVC, and one thing she loves about working here is how organized it is and how easy it is to work with everyone.

Outside of the office, she enjoys reading mystery/thriller novels with her two cats and musical theatre!

Ayva

Patient Care Assistant

Ayva is one of our Patient Care Assistants and she loves being able to see and be a part of all the unique and different experiences here at PVC. When she's not at the clinic she enjoys going shopping and spending time with her boyfriend. One day she would like to build a sanctuary to foster senior dogs.

Tara

Patient Care Assistant

Tara is a Patient Care Assistant here at PVC. When not loving on all the animals at work, she is at home and loving on her dog, 3 cats, ball python, and gargoyle gecko. She enjoys sinking into a good book and going on hikes with her boyfriend and their dog, Finley. Tara also enjoys acting in her community theatre troupe in Warsaw.

Lily

Patient Care Assistant

Lily is one of our newest Patient Care Assistants and enjoys working with all the animals that come in. When she is not at work, she is usually outside on her hobby farm spending time with her horses and goats. She has been delivering baby goats and puppies on her family's farm since she was just 11 years old.

Abbie

Certified Pharmacy Technician

Abbie is our Certified Pharmacy Technician. She has been a Pharmacy Tech for a year and a half but recently joined the PVC family. She is excited to do all her favorite parts of being a pharmacy tech while also learning new things and being around animals all day. When not at work she enjoys embroidery and scrapbooking. She especially loves traveling any chance she gets. Her favorite places to visit are Gatlinburg, TN and Mackinac Island, MI.
